pt999 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any point. For Pakistani users, acceptable identity documents typically include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a current passport. Proof of address or a selfie/liveness check may also be required in certain circumstances. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
Important: Documents must be uploaded exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. While pt999 takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of all information displayed on the Platform — including odds, game descriptions, bonus details and payment information — we do not warrant that all information is complete, accurate or current at all times. In the event of a manifest error (including but not limited to incorrect odds, game malfunctions or technical errors), pt999 reserves the right to void affected bets or transactions and take such corrective action as is reasonably appropriate.
The Platform operates exclusively in English. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions of any document and the English original, the English version shall prevail.
Deposits are accepted in accordance with the payment methods listed in the Platform's live cashier at any given time. Payment method availability may change without prior notice. All bonuses, promotions and special offers provided by pt999 are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual offer ("Bonus Terms"). By accepting any bonus, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the applicable Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the Bonus Terms for a specific offer, the Bonus Terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each offer's Bonus Terms. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means you must place PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable. These figures are examples only — refer to each offer's current Bonus Terms for actual requirements.
While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, you must not place any single bet or spin exceeding the maximum bet limit stated in the applicable Bonus Terms (typically a fixed PKR amount per round). Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage (often between 10% and 50%) or may be excluded entirely. The applicable game contribution rates are specified in each offer's Bonus Terms.
All bonus offers are subject to an expiry period, typically ranging from 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Bonus funds and any associated winnings remaining in your Account at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. Check each offer's specific expiry terms before accepting.
pt999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse any bonus or associated winnings if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, exploitation of game mechanics, use of automated betting tools, arbitrage betting patterns, or any other behaviour that constitutes fraud or bad faith in the context of promotional activity.
Once a bet is confirmed by the Platform, it is final and binding. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections — including team, market type, stake and odds — before confirming. pt999 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the User.
pt999 endeavours to display accurate odds at all times. In the event of a manifest error in odds — for example, odds that are clearly inconsistent with the market or the result of a technical fault — pt999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the Player's Account.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Bets accepted during live markets are processed on a best-efforts basis; during periods of extreme market movement, the Platform may temporarily suspend acceptance of certain in-play bets. Delays in internet connectivity are the User's responsibility.
Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 Internationals and ICC tournament events — are offered as sports betting products. References to these competitions are for sporting context only. pt999 has no official partnership, affiliation or endorsement from the PCB, PSL, ICC or any participating team or player.
The results of all casino games, including live-dealer games, are determined by the applicable game engine or Random Number Generator (RNG). pt999 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical dispute regarding a game result, the Platform's server-side records shall be the definitive record of the outcome.

Real-money balances remaining after resolution of any open bets will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method subject to applicable KYC requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gaming license ("Governing Jurisdiction"). The specific Governing Jurisdiction is identified in the Operator's license documentation.
